Shipping & Delivery Policy
Every Copperologist specimen is carefully packaged by hand before beginning its odyssey to its new collector.
Dispatch Times
Orders are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days of purchase.
If there is ever an unexpected delay, I'll contact you as soon as possible.
Packaging
Each specimen arrives presented in its own velvet-lined collector's drawer and is accompanied by its individual specimen card as part of The Copperologist archive.
Every order is carefully packaged to help ensure it arrives safely.
UK Delivery
All UK orders are sent using a tracked delivery service.
You'll receive confirmation once your order has been dispatched. Where tracking is available, tracking details will be provided.
International Delivery
The Copperologist ships internationally. Available destinations and shipping costs are shown during checkout.
Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or import charges that may apply in their own country. These charges are set by the destination country and are not included in the purchase price or shipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Deliveries
If your order has not arrived within a reasonable time after dispatch, please contact greetings@thecopperologist.com.
I'll do everything I can to help locate your parcel and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

The Copperologist cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect address being provided.
